Transfer Invoice window

Purpose
Use this window to transfer an invoice from one customer account to another. Most often you might do this when the wrong account was selected initially, such as when two customers have the same or similar names.
To access this window
Complete one of the following to access this window.
- On the Modules menu, point to Customer and click Transfer Invoice.
- Use the keyboard shortcut Alt, M, C, T.

Fields and boxes

| (from account) |
Displays the customer/account name you from which you want to transfer an invoice. Click to view the account name, address, and other demographic information including phone numbers and email. Right-click in this box to copy the email address, main address, or phone numbers to the clipboard. Click From Account to select an account. |
| (invoice number) |
Displays the invoice number you have selected to transfer. Click Invoice to select the invoice to transfer. |
| (to account) |
Displays the customer/account name you selected for the invoice. Click to view the account name, address, and other demographic information including phone numbers and email. Right-click in this box to copy the address to the clipboard. Click To Account to select an account. |
Buttons
| Item | Description |

| From Account | Click to open the Pick Customer window and select the account from which you want to transfer an invoice. |
| Invoice | Click to open the Select an Invoice window where you can select one of the invoices associated with the customer you selected in the From Account box. |
| To Account | Click to open the Pick Customer window and select the account to which you want to transfer an invoice. |
| Save | Saves the transferred invoice to the new account. |
| Exit | Closes the window without saving any changes. |
